Operator and scope
Justinas Jakunas operates this plugin under the Body Insights name. Contact: https://bodyinsightsapp.com/support. These terms cover the public-content plugin. OpenAI's terms apply separately to ChatGPT, and the Body Insights iOS app has separate terms.

Service
The plugin finds public app feature explanations and Apple Watch guides, with source links. It cannot access personal app records or Apple Health, change your data, make purchases, or provide a personal diagnosis. ChatGPT creates its own responses; read the linked sources to check detailed claims.

Educational use
Content is general educational information and is not a medical diagnosis, treatment plan, or individual medical advice. Do not send personal health records through the tools. For medical decisions, consult a qualified clinician.

Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully. Do not attack, overload, or interfere with the endpoint or try to bypass its content-ID and request limits. Respect rights in published content. The plugin gives no ownership rights in source material.

Availability and changes
The service is provided as available. Content can change, source links can stop working, and the content index can be older than the source website. Tool output includes index freshness. Free hosting quotas may stop requests. We may change or suspend the service for maintenance, abuse prevention, or legal requirements. No plugin fee or purchase is processed through these tools.

Applicable law and rights
These terms use Lithuanian law, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact the operator through the support link for service concerns. Material changes will be shown with an updated effective date.
