Body Insights plugin — Privacy notice

Operator and contact
This plugin is operated by Justinas Jakunas under the Body Insights name. Contact: https://bodyinsightsapp.com/support. This notice covers the hosted public-content plugin, not the Body Insights iOS app.

Purpose and data received
The plugin searches and reads public Body Insights website content. It has no connection to Apple Health, your app account, or personal health records. A tool request sends our server the search query, language, optional content filter and result limit, or a public content ID and text offset. It does not send us the full conversation through these tools. Avoid sending personal health details in a search query.

Use and retention
We process tool arguments in memory to return the requested public sources. The application does not store search queries, tool arguments, or conversations in a database, and does not write them to application logs. Request processing data is released when the request completes; public source content may remain cached. We do not use requests for advertising, sell them, or use them to train models. The endpoint does not set cookies or use analytics trackers.

Hosting and infrastructure data
Cloudflare Workers hosts the service. Cloudflare processes traffic and infrastructure metadata, which can include IP addresses, routing information, request time, HTTP method, response status and performance data, to deliver and protect its services. Persistent Worker application observability is disabled. Cloudflare may retain provider-level network data under its own policy; we do not promise a fixed deletion period for those records. OpenAI and source websites
OpenAI operates ChatGPT and handles conversations and connected-tool activity under its own privacy policy: https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy/. Opening source or support links visits a separate website with its own data handling. A support request may include the contact information and message you choose to provide.

Your choices and rights
Stop plugin use by disabling or removing it in ChatGPT. Use the support link above for access, correction, deletion or objection requests concerning data processed by the operator. Our application has no retained search history to retrieve or delete. Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights and may complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact OpenAI for ChatGPT conversation controls. We may update this notice when the service changes; the effective date above identifies the current version.
